The reception and check-in was very efficient. The receptionist directed us to their secure bike storage and then gave us plenty of information about the hotel and upcoming local events. The rooms were modern and well appointed, although a bit small. In the present heatwave, it remained reasonably cool and there was adequate window ventilation, but no fan. The breakfast was delightful, with a complete range of foods across the extensive buffet. The breakfast staff were professional and efficient. The location was close to the restaurants in the central area of Bad Mergenthiem.

My family had a total of three rooms for this stay in my grandfather's hometown. We were very happy with our accomodations; the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent - what a selection of foods! The hotel was very careful to keep its patrons safe from Covid by asking them to remain masked when they were in public places, except when they were eating. I would gladly stay there again.

The breakfast offers variety of options. It was located near the center of the Town, 7-10Minutes walk from the Main Train Station. There are restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable overall. There is available Vending machine near the entrance, very convenient.

We had booked one room with 3 beds but got a a 2 room apartment with two double beds without increase in price. The breakfast was very well organized and was delicious and fresh. All considering special hygiene regulations because of pandemie

The selection and variety of fruits, cereals, cold cuts, cakes/pastries and condiments were exceptionally delicious and very well presented. Everything was season fresh.
